Why are your bothy bags so cheap compared to other brands?

We use top quality materials just like all the other brands. Its just that we keep our overheads low, our bothys simple and we are not greedy with our profit margins. You can be guaranteed that if you purchase a bothy from us you will have a top quality product but will have a lot more money in your back pocket.

How long does delivery take from the time i place my order

We aim to deliver all your items within 2 working days (working days Mon - Fri) if you make your purchase on a weekend, then it will be posted first thing on Monday.  Should there be any delay we will contact you via email to advise you of an expected delivery date. Delivery is by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on order value, weight and destination. We can not guarantee the delivery time

How much are your postage and packaging charges?

Postage and Packaging on all our orders is kept to the absolute minimum. Delivery charges are only incurred per order and not per item. We will only charge you postage once.

All orders to UK Mainland = £4.99

All orders to Channel Islands, Offshore UK Destinations (e.g. Isle of Wight, Isle of Man), Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and BFPO address's = £9.99

What happens to my parcel if im out when it is delivered

If Royal Mail or Parcel Force attempt delivery and there is no-one available to sign for the parcel a card will be left which will include details regarding what to do next. Delivery is normally attempted once by Royal Mail and twice by Parcel Force on consecutive working days.

What happens if i buy the wrong size Bothy Bag shelter system or im not happy with my purchase and want a refund?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for any reason at all you may do so at any time up to 7 days from receipt of the goods provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition. Once we recieve the item (sent back to us at the customers own expence) we will issue an exchange or refund. Please include a letter with your name, address, order number, phone number and details of what you are returning and why. Orders returned with no details or notes may not be able to be processed.

Who do i contact if i want to complain

Should you have a complaint regarding Bothybags.webnode.com or any product bought from us please write or e-mail and we will endeavour to answer you within 3 working days.


 

What does your "normal use" guarantee mean?

Our products are built for a specific purpose, as long as they are used for that purpose and that purpose alone then the guarantee will cover your product.  If for example you use you bothy to cover you car on a frosty / stormy night and the bothy gets ripped then this would not be covered under the normal usage guarantee. We reserve the right to use our discretion in all cases.
